Thruline End User License and Acceptable Use Agreement

This End User License & Acceptable Use Agreement (the “License”) governs your access to and use of the Thruline service (the “Service”) provided by Fixate Industries LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company doing business as Thruline (“Thruline”). It is incorporated into, and part of, the Thruline Subscription Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms. By using the Service, you agree to this License. Effective date: August 21, 2026.

1. License Grant.

Subject to your compliance with this License and the Terms, and to payment of applicable fees, Thruline grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service during your subscription, solely for your own internal or personal purposes. The Service is licensed, not sold, and Thruline reserves all rights not expressly granted.

2. Restrictions.

You will not, and will not permit anyone to:

  • (a) copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Service;
  • (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from, the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
  • (c) rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or provide the Service to third parties as a service bureau or on a timeshare basis, except as expressly permitted;
  • (d) remove or obscure any proprietary notices, or use Thruline’s names, logos, or trademarks without permission;
  • (e) access the Service to build a competing product, or benchmark it without Thruline’s consent;
  • (f) circumvent usage limits, security, or access controls, or use the Service beyond the scope of your subscription.

3. Acceptable Use Policy.

You will not use the Service to, and will not allow any user or content to:

  • (a) violate any law or regulation, or infringe or misappropriate any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • (b) upload or transmit malware, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service;
  • (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems or networks;
  • (d) send spam or unsolicited messages, or harvest or scrape data without authorization;
  • (e) post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, hateful, or that exploits or endangers minors; or
  • (f) use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or that exceeds reasonable-use or rate limits.

4. Your Content.

You are responsible for the data and content you submit and for ensuring you have the rights to submit it. You retain ownership of your content as described in the Terms, and grant Thruline the license described there to operate and improve the Service.

5. Ownership.

Thruline and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service and all related software, technology, and intellectual property. This License does not transfer any ownership to you.

6. Feedback.

If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Service, Thruline may use it for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you, and you grant Thruline a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to do so.

7. Suspension and Termination.

Thruline may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate this License or the Terms, if required by law, or to prevent harm to the Service or others. On termination, the license in Section 1 ends and you must stop using the Service. Sections 2–6 and 8 survive termination.

8. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability; Governing Law.

The warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions in the Terms (including the limits on Thruline’s total liability) apply to this License and are incorporated here by reference. This License is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this End User License & Acceptable Use Agreement.
